No extra charges: We do not add any extra charges, the price you see above is the price you pay. We do not add travelling charges within our normal working radius. We do not add a call-out charge. We only charge from the time of arrival at your property. We have a minimum charge of £65.00 + vat, giving up-to 1 hour on site, thereafter we charge £32.50 + vat per half hour or part thereof, during the same visit. You only pay for the time worked on site by our engineers.
Estimates: Estimates are available from our engineers whilst on site, or we can make an appointment to visit you to carry out a FREE survey, and quotation for installation work.
Invoices: An invoice will be provided clearly showing a full description of the work carried out including a full breakdown of charges and VAT.
Payment: Payment is due on completion of work and can be made by cash, cheque or BACS payment online, our bank details can be found at the bottom of your invoice.
Terms and conditions: All work carried out will be subject to our standard terms and conditions.
